General Guidelines
• Commissions are accepted based on the artist’s interest, with a maximum of 2 active clients at a time.• The artist will only be doing an art style that is hers.• The artist reserves the right to decline any commission requests without providing a reason.• Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.• The client will be providing clear references, descriptions, and specifications for the requested artwork.• Clients must complete a Google Form to start the commission process. An invoice will be sent to their email and chosen mode of communication.• By proceeding with a commission, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Payment
• Payment is required upfront or in two installments (50% upfront and 50% upon completion), as agreed upon prior to starting the commission.• All prices are in pesos and may vary based on the complexity of the artwork.• Payments are non-refundable once the work has started beyond the initial sketch phase, except in cases where the artist cancels the commission.• Payments must be sent through UnionBank (InstaPH QR).
Timeline and Process
• After answering the google forms, the client and artist will have a deliberation about the work.• The work will be done in a minimum of two weeks and can last up to three - four months depending on the artist’s schedule. Please take into account that the artist has school and organizational works too.• The artist will share progress updates during the sketch phase for the client’s review and feedback.• One major revision and ten minor revisions are allowed during the sketching phase. Major revisions include background and pose changes. Meanwhile, minor revisions are those of color corrections, slight repositioning of elements, and the like.• No significant changes will be made after the final piece is completed.• The artist is not responsible for delays caused by insufficient information or untimely responses from the client.• The artist will not be accepting urgent commissions due to personal tight schedule.
Copyright and Usage
• The artist retains full copyright to the commissioned artwork, including the right to use it for portfolios, social media, and promotional purposes.• The client may use the artwork for personal purposes, such as profile pictures, wallpapers, or prints, but CANNOT claim the artwork as their own or use it for profit.• Commercial use (e.g., for merchandise or branding) must be discussed and will require additional fees.
Refunds and Cancellations
• If the client cancels the commission before work begins, a full refund will be issued.• If the client cancels during the process, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress made.• No refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed.• If the artist cancels the commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
Artist’s Commitment
• To keep the process smooth, I kindly ask for timely responses. If I don’t hear back within 30 days, I may assume the project is no longer active and reserve the right to pause or cancel the commission. You’re always welcome to reach out again anytime 💌• I will do my best to keep you updated throughout the process. In the rare case that I become unresponsive for more than 30 days, you may reach out to follow up. If there is still no response, you have the right to request a status update, timeline adjustment, or a partial/full refund depending on the progress made.
